For services provided American Realty Property Management Group receives a 10% fee of rent collected. A $200.00 initial leasing fee is collected for finding the tenant and processing the property to be ready to rent . Your property will be listed on the Zillow rental website and 15 other websites which include hotpads.com , realtor.com, tulia.com, move.com, homes.com The leasing Fee will only be charged after a tenant is placed in your property with a signed lease and first months rent and security deposit paid. Tenants contact me for any repairs needed at the property. Necessary repairs will be ordered that are under $100.00. You will be contacted for anything over that amount for approval and will always be notified of any repairs. I am able to communicate with you and my tenants via email, text messaging, and am always available on my cell phone. Our Appfolio system also has owner, tenant portal that allows the for tenants to report repairs, owners to look at owner statements, leases and communicate with me.
